You can! As an individual you can pay annually, or monthly. You can also sign a whole team up with our bulk membership offers. 

We're not doing a free trial, but if you do join and decide it's not for you, you have a 14 day cooling-off period in which you can cancel your membership, no problem.

No! The Family Music Hub is designed with all group leaders in mind - from those with no experience and just starting out, to those with more musical experience. 

You can catch up with replays of any presented sessions after the event -  including the Skills sprints and the Spotlight sessions. Any resources shared at these events will also be available alongside the video.

The learning tracks are designed for your professional development and preparation, not for direct use with groups. They’ll help you feel confident leading music activities in your sessions.

Yes! The hub works on computers, tablets and smartphones, so you can use it in your setting, plan sessions on the go, or revisit ideas whenever you need to. There's also an app that can be downloaded where you can access your resources. 

We understand that this sector is wide-ranging and diverse! We believe that our resources can be used across a whole range of settings, and by a wide spectrum of group leaders, whether you're doing a 10 minute sing-song at the end of a stay and play, or a dedicated music group in a family hub.

Yes absolutely. If you need to set The Family Music Hub up as a supplier or request an invoice from us, please fill in this form and we'll get that process underway!

Individuals can pay monthly, at no extra cost.

For bulk subscriptions, we can only take annual payments. 

At the start of your membership, you are entitled to cancel within 14 days with no charges. 

If you decide to cancel at any other time, that is absolutely fine and your membership will come to an end at the end of the billing period. We will always send multiple reminders before any subscription is due to auto-renew so it's not a surprise!
