I need to pay a different way!

No problem - if your employer is paying or if you're an organisation, setting or Local Authority that needs to issue us with a POĀ / request an invoice, then please email us at [email protected]Ā and we'll getĀ that process underway!

Can I cancel if it's not for me?

Yes. You may cancel within 14 days of the hub opening on the 6th January 26'. (Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you are a customer in the UK or EU, you have a legal right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of signing up without giving a reason.)

Will you notify me ahead of the next payment being taken?

We will send youĀ three emails to remind you that your subscription will renew - a month before, 2 weeks before and the day before - just in case you want to cancel your subscription.
