For monthly payments, they will generally be taken each month on the date that you started your subscription. If you'd like to change this, please get in touch at [email protected].

For annual payments, they will be taken the following year on the same date.

Yes. You may cancel within 14 days of signing up. (Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you are a customer in the UK or EU, you have a legal right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of signing up without giving a reason.)

We will send you three emails to remind you that your subscription will renew - just in case you want to cancel your subscription.
