No problem - if your employer is paying or if you're an organisation, setting or Local Authority that needs to issue us with a PO / request an invoice, then please email us at [email protected] and we'll get that process underway!

Yes. You may cancel within 14 days of the hub opening on the 6th January 26'. (Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you are a customer in the UK or EU, you have a legal right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of signing up without giving a reason.)

We will send you three emails to remind you that your subscription will renew - a month before, 2 weeks before and the day before - just in case you want to cancel your subscription.

We are taking payments now in advance of the hub opening in January.

For annual signups, your next payment won't be taken until January 5th 2027. Similarly, monthly payments will be taken each month until £100 is reached, and then will restart again on the 5th January 2027.
