Yes. You may cancel within 14 days of purchasing your membership. (Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you are a customer in the UK or EU, you have a legal right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of signing up without giving a reason.)
When will my next charge date be?
For annual memberships where you pay online, your membership will renew after 1 calendar year, with your next payment beingon the same date. For payments via invoice, you will be given the option to renew your membership.
Will you notify me ahead of the next payment being taken?
We will send you three emails to remind you that your subscription will renew - in case you want to cancel your subscription.
